Program Operator Heather Woodruff joins the program to discuss the history of tcFutures, and the demographics of the youth that they serve. Heather reveals some of the most common barriers that youth face, and the innovative ways that they are helping young people. She also discusses the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on their work, and benefits of connecting youth to employment beyond receiving a paycheck.
